Heka is our testnet and replicates the Thoth (mainnet) environment very closely. The testnet explorer is available at: Before you can publish your smart contracts you need the following:
1.An EVM compatible wallet - we recommend Metamask for your browser and mobile
2.Some test TACS in your wallet address so you can create smart contracts and send transactions. You can use the for this.
3.An understanding of programming and of solidity
